Application of TRIZ theory in the design of roadheader cutting-head |

Abstract In order to improve the cutting performance of the roadheader further and reduce the wear of picks, the Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problem (TRIZ) was studied. By using the conflict concept, the conflict resolution principles and problem solving method in TRIZ, questions were analyzed, mainly focused on how to optimize the arrangement of picks of cutting-head, how to improve the efficiency of cutting, how to improve the force of picks and how to reduce the wear of picks. And under the inspiration of the 15th inventive principle (dynamic character principle), the specific solution which was using the arrangement of variable angel spiral of picks was obtained. According to this idea and combined with regular design method of cutting-head, three cutting-heads whose picks were arranged in different kinds of variable angel spiral were developed. The energy consumption of cutting-ratio along with the original cutting-head were tested and the experiment showed that the cutting-head of J23 type performs efficiently and stably. It could be finalized and produced after some little improvement.

TRIZ理论在掘进机截割头设计中的应用
为了进一步提高掘进机的截割性能、降低截齿的磨损损耗,在学习了发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的基础上,运用其中的冲突概念和冲突解决原理及问题求解等方法,针对如何优化截割头截齿排布、如何提高截割效率、如何改善截齿受力、如何降低截齿磨损等问题进行了TRIZ解析,并在第15条发明原理(动态特性原理)的启发下,得到了特定的解决方案——截齿变角度螺旋线排布,据此思想并结合常规的截割头设计手段,研发了3款截齿以不同方式变角度螺旋线排布的截割头,与原截割头一并进行了切割比能耗的试验,试验结果表明J23截割头性能比较高效、稳定,在此基础上稍加改动即可定型量产.
